Yes, you absolutely can! 'Out-of-network' simply means we do not have a pre-negotiated contract with your insurance company. Many PPO plans include out-of-network benefits that allow you to see any doctor you choose. We will help you understand what your specific plan covers.

We make it simple. Call our office with your insurance information, and we will perform a **complimentary out-of-network benefits analysis** for you. This analysis will estimate your deductible, co-insurance, and total out-of-pocket costs so you can make an informed decision before scheduling treatment.

Typically, you will pay for your services at the time of your visit. We will then provide you with a detailed receipt, known as a 'superbill', which contains all the necessary codes for you to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement directly to you.

When you call, please have your current insurance card handy. For your first appointment, please bring your insurance card and a photo ID. For Medicare patients, also bring your red, white, and blue Medicare card.

For personal injury cases, we coordinate with your attorney to ensure you can receive care without any upfront payment. Payment for our services is arranged to be made directly from your legal settlement. This allows you to focus on your recovery while we handle the billing coordination with your legal team.
